vreau sa fac paginile o anumita culoare si nu stiu cum sa fac asta, raman albe ( spre ex vreau ca pag sa fie toata neagra si sa scriu cu alb, nu doar partea de text, toata pagina)

Dai View/ Master Slides si in stanga o sa-ti apara templateurile folosite pentru fiecare tip de slide. Selectezi unul si-l editezi cum vrei tu, o sa se aplice pentru toate slideurile de tipul respectiv. Ca sa faci exact ce vrei tu uite in help ce zice:
To modify a master slide background:
Select a master slide to work with.
Select unwanted elements and then press the Delete key.
If you want an object (shape, image, sound or movie file, table, or chart) to be a background element, add it to the master slide and then size and position it on the slide.
After you place an object, you can choose Arrange > Lock to prevent it from being accidentally moved as you work.
To allow master objects to interleave with objects added to slides based on that master, open the Master Slide inspector, click Appearance, and select “Allow objects on slide to layer with master.”
For more information about layering objects, see Moving an Object Forward or Backward (Layering Objects).
To fill the slide background with color or an image, use the Background controls in the Appearance pane of the Master Slide inspector.
Daca iti faci ceva corporate, editeaza toate master template-urile si apoi salveaza prezentarea ca tema (Save Theme…), eventual poti sa ti-o pui default la deschidere. (de la general preferences/ general)

Primul și primul lucru, citești un pic tutorialul, Help-ul. La o aplicație complexă cum e Keynote, nu e chiar treabă de un minut, ci de cîteva zile de studiu. Pe bune.
