dar la mine e trista treaba nicidecum nu se rifica la 4.2.1 asa si sta la 4.1 dau shift+restore+4.2.1 si imi da eroare de gen2015 deama a 2 oara unde gresesc ??. Bb este deja 06.15 :( cum naiba sai fac udate la 4.2.1 vati intilnit cu aceasta?
Si eu am auzit multe acuze la adresa bateriei dupa update la 4.2.1 cu BB de iPad (am vazut si live cum se duce).
Tind sa cred ca solutia actuala de JB + Unlock a fost lansata prematur in mare datorita asteptarilor mult prea mari/multe si ca vor mai scoate o varianta care sa rezolve si problema asta.
La mine pe 4.2.1 (pe iPhone 3G fara JB/unlock) mi se pare ca bateria se comporta mai bine fata de 3.1.3, si de-asta pun vina pe varianta curenta de unlock.
Peuntru cei care au iphone 3g si vor sa faca update la 4.2.1 cu bb de ipad , totul decurge fara probleme daca va amintiti sa folositi redsnow cu permisiuni de administrator si la setari sa ii setati mod de operare windows xp sp 3.
DAR desi totul merge perfect si imi e drag sa imi pot folosii telefonul insfirsit unele chestii fac telefonul sa se prabusasca: linkurile care trebuesc sa deschida aplicatii de orice fel fac telefonul sa se restarteze, deci trebuie folosit copy paste mereu daca dau click pe link mi se prabuseste si chestia asta e destul de enervant maiales cind ma duc pe un contact si apas butonul sa send sms si mi se prabuseste…Daca stie cineva o rezolvare pentru problema asta v-as ramine recunoscator
cum iti merge 4.2.1? pe 3g.. ca la mine daca imi pun setarile de la internet(vodafone) si push notification se descarca bateria in 2-3 ore..
Citez pe unul dintre cei care au facut posibil JB si unlock, respectiv sherif_hashim care a postat pe blog-ul dev-team:

i hope those of u with 3g/3gs are enjoying their updated unlocked devices, all props to @MuscleNerd & co. for making this possible , hopefully the iphone 4 on 2.10.04 and 3.10.01 follows within a good time table.
on a very important side note, before anyone starts to complain about battery drainage issues after installing the new ultrasn0w on the 6.15.00 updated BB, the culprit here is not ultrasn0w, it’s the hacktivation process (activating the phone by pwnage tool or redsn0w rather than using an official carrier sim to do so) that u mostly did while jailbreaking.
The 4.1 and 4.2.1 ipsws unlike their old ancestors, seem to keep looking for valid push certificates all the time, either thru your wifi, or thru your cellular data network (which u only have after installing ultrasn0w and hence u accuse it) , this can be seen clearly if u have a cellular working data plan for 3g or edge and u watched the settings > general > usage > cellular network data (sent & received are continuously increasing even without using any internet traffics on the phone) , this will also render the phone going hot even in stand by mode and also very rapid battery drainage occurs plus consuming ur data if you were not on an unlimited plan.
so to resolve this, u either:
A) try to activate the phone using the official sim if u have it (even if the sim itself is old and not working) , or borrow it from a friend if it’s possible, by any means, try to have an access to one and use it
B) if A is not feasible, u can install SBsettings from featured cydia packages and turn wifi and data off when u r not using it (shuts down both 3g and edge) , till C is done
C) there is a very nice module being worked on by a trusted jailbreak app dev, namely @sbingner , which ll resolve that issue for those having it, the details of which shouldn’t be disclosed until he finishes his awesome work, till then, either use A or B to resolve the issue if it exists for you

Pentru cei cu ERROR 1015 aceasta este rezolvarea:
I’ve found one more issue, it may help you -> try to make an upgrade without checking any box (uncheck “install cydia” etc.). If it helps you to move forward and run iPhone properly, try to install FW again, but only check ‘Install Cydia” box. Should help.
La mine totul merge perfect si da eu am citit chestia cu bateria si deci ma asteptam , solutia mea? inchid celular data si 3g cind nu folosesc. Dar ramin cu porblema cu linkurile care e chiar enervanta :( , nici un link nu functioneaza daca trebuie sa deschida o alta aplicatie, imediat imi da : we apologise for the inconvenience but Spring Board has just crashed.
MobileSubstrate /did not/ cause this problem : it has protected you from it, si ma baga in safe mode..

Sper sa nu fiu offtopic dar… presupunem ca am un iPhone 3G(codat intr-o retea) jailbreak si unlock pe un anumit IOS, cum pot reinstala IOS-ul sau cum
pot face update la o versiune mai recenta? Cand ii dau restore sau update, la activare, nu-mi cere simul original?

cum pot vedea pe ce retea o fost cumparat telefon? ( stiu ca din anglia.. este telefonul dar nu am idee pe ce retea o fost cumparat )

5 ore de chin asupora telefonului !!! numai varianta aceasta nu am executato deoarece era deama 4 dimineata si mam saturat sal niguiesc , fac rost de timp liber si incerc si va spun rezultatul:)
am inteles faza cu eroarea , cind e la bb mai jos de 06.15 trebuie de facut update la IOS apoi la bb altfel da eroare!
mi-au aparut o groaza de linii de comanda…si inca mai apar
