okay. it’s a golden rule hard to enforce around here and that’s not picking on anyone’s decision of pricing. If the dude thinks that’s the right price, let him digg it. It won’t make him suddenly adjust the price to your will of a bargain.
sure, i could go about mentioning that i almost ordered the latest black macbook from refurb. http://store.apple.com priced at $899 (plus some $50 in tax). backbook’s machine could also be a refurb and purchased for such a deal. thus, it’s completelly irrelevant. let the man have his whatever outrageous and offending price. he’s not here to any of us a favor. he’d prolly lower his claim once there’s no buyer. 
that said, let’s stop publicly pick on people’s prices. that makes us look stupid!
